Slusser Bigsby Handle for Kalamazoo Models

Elegance, ergonomics, and improved operation — These were the objectives the Slusser Handle was designed to achieve. At its functional core, the Slusser Handle is one inch longer than a stock stainless steel Kalamazoo Bigsby handle and features a wider, curved grip with rolled edges and a contoured grip that makes using your vibrato a true joy.

It utilizes the same style of mounting hardware as vintage-style Bigsby handles with its supplied ¼” diameter bolt and split lock washer arrangement. This attachment method offers a stiffer interface with the handle pivot; removing virtually all of the vertical play inherent to the spring backed hardware found on stock stainless steel handles. Plus, the handle’s flat, cross-hatched pivot interface ensures that it fully contacts the stock, red fiber bushing for proper pivot function.

Critical hardware upgrades are included as well. Each piece of hardware was carefully selected to reduce friction when rotating the handle while offering rock solid reliability so your handle remains tight and secure.
